Designed for hospitals, clinics and departments where customers or patients arrive waiting for a service. Upon arrival, customers or patients take a physical ticket and wait in the designated area. The main screen displays the last ticket number called and updates with the next ticket number when it is announced, along with a voice announcement indicating the specific desk or counter where the customer should go to receive service.
